How to Mess With People for Their Own Good

How to Mess With Others for Their Own Good

by Chris Angermann

Judy Stanton (12/02/12): While I like the premise of this book...using odd ways to get folks attention, seemingly for their own good...I didn't find this book (only 80 pages, hardly a "book") to be a compelling, or even a funny read. I must admit I have had very few "humorous" books really touch my funny bone, though, so some folks might find this amusing. The book does speak to some oddities of American culture and offers some insights into communications...the only one that sticks with me is the 80/20 rule, which essentially is the author's way of pointing out that most of us are mediocre at what we do...not a very upbeat or motivating message, I would say!
