Faith Bowers (03/30/19): I was going to write about the Widows by Jess Montgomery, a 1925 murder mystery set in the Ohio mining towns. But then I read The Secret of Clouds. I wasn’t sure the genre as I read it in a day. This is a feel good book when you need a pick me up from the world of novels. The writing is simple but a pleasure and you know the whole story within the first 50 pages, you still want to read how Ms. Richman writes. I all look into her other novels to see if they are good.
